Mumbai: Come June 21, Dhanush starrer 'The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir' will hit the screens in eight countries. The film is based on a novel by Romain Puertolas which is directed by Ken Scott.
For the South-Indian fans, the Tamil version of the movie will be released in the name of 'Pakkiri' on the same date.

After his last Bollywood film 'Ranjhana', Dhanush has come up with this French-English language comedy-adventure. It was shot in India, France, Italy and Libya.
Dhanush is playing the role of Ajatashatru Lavash Patel who spent his entire life as a street magician and trickster making people believe that he had special magical powers. The ambition of the story is to find his missing father.
This is the first international project of Dhanush. 'The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir' had its first world premiere in Paris last year. Fans poured at the Grand Rex way before the premiere of the film to get a glimpse of the star.
