Mumbai: And here comes the announcement that most people have been waiting for. The much-awaited trailer of Karan Johar's upcoming venture 'Student Of The Year 2' will be finally released on April 12.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share a teaser poster of SOTY 2 and announced that a full-fledged trailer will be dropped by the makers on April 12.
While Tiger Shroff is the leader of the student brat pack, newcomers Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday are the female leads of 'Student Of The Year 2'.

The first film, 'Student Of The Year' marked debut of Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra in Hindi filmdom. The Karan Johar directorial was a commercial success when released in 2012.
However, for the second instalment, KJo is "excited and proud" as he passed the baton to Punit Malhotra to take the franchise forward. Punit has directed films like "I Hate Luv Storys" and "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" for Karan's banner Dharma Productions.
Tiger, Ananya and Tara began their SOTY 2 journey on April 9, 2018, from Dehradun.
The film which was earlier scheduled to hit the big screens on November 23, last year, will now be releasing on May 10.
