The film is a retelling of Ramayana from Sita's point of view. Kareena, who usually charges 6-8 crores for her films has reportedly doubled her remuneration for the film which is titled SITA- The Incarnation. Directed by Alaukik Desai, the film is written by Baahubali writer KV Vijayendra Prasad while Manoj Muntashir will be serving as lyricist and dialogue writer.
