While acting requires collaborative efforts to reach to the audience, writing is a lonely creative process where the creator chained to the desk rides on the thoughts to create the realm of his or her imagination. The book focuses on healthy eating and teaches how one need not opt for exotic ingredients from the West to maintain a perfect diet.
