Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan may come together for a film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the filmmaker said.
Salman and SRK, whose friendship hap has seen ups and downs in past are again at its pinnacle as both the stars worked towards mending the differences and succeeded in pick up from where they had left.
There is a strong buzz that SRK and Salman will reunite for a film directed by Zafar, whose collaborations, 'Sultan' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai', with the later turned out to be huge money-spinners at the box office.
Zafar, who is gearing up for the release of 'Bharat' which stars his muse Salman in the lead role, recently spoke about his wish to star both the Khans in a film.

Being an integral part of Salman's social circle, Zafar has apparently seen the camaraderie the 'Karan Arjun' stars share with each other. The filmmaker believes that if he comes up with an idea which is exciting enough for both the actors, they will surely agree to come on boards.

In a recent interview, Ali was asked if his dream to bring SRK, Salman together in a film will realize soon?
To which, Abbas replied, "Inshallah! It will happen soon. I hope if I write a script, why not? They both love each other. They want to work together with each other. If there is a script that will come out, why will they not do a film together?"
Zafar's forthcoming film 'Bharat’ is an official adaptation of the 2014 South Korean movie ‘Ode To My Father’. The film which also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Nora Fatehi and Sonali Kulkarni in pivotal roles releases on June 5.
