Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi are all set to team up for the first time. The actors will be coming together for a thriller-mystery directed by Rumi Jaffrey.
According to reports, Big B, who was seen playing a lawyer in 'Pink' and 'Badla', will now play a judge in the upcoming film which is a courtroom drama.
While makers are yet to announce the title of Big B and Emraan's film, a title is already doing the rounds of tinselville. Reports suggest that the makers have locked 'Barf' as the title for the film.
Rumi Jaffrey, who directed 'God Tussi Great Ho', will direct the film that will also star Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla.
The team will commence shoot from May 2019. The yet-to-be-titled film which is produced by Anand Pandit will hit the big screens on February 21, 2020.
Even in his 70s, Big B apparently has his diary full for 2019. As of now, Big B is busy shooting for his Tamil debut 'Uyarntha Manithan'. He also has 'Brahmastra' alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt that will hit theatres on December 25.
While Amitabh is cherishing the success of his latest release 'Badla' which has turned out to be a big money spinner at the box office, Emraan was last seen in 'Why Cheat India' which tanked at the box office.
