Big B, Emraan-starrer thriller titled 'Chehre'

Amitabh Bachchan and Emrran Hashmi's maiden collaboration gets a title. The mystery thriller directed by Rumi Jaffery is titled 'Chehre'.

Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and actor Emraan Hashmi's upcoming mystery thriller is titled 'Chehre'.

Directed by Rumi Jaffrey, the film goes on floors Friday. Rumi has earlier been credited for writing films like 'Coolie No 1', 'Hero No 1' and 'Chalte Chalte'. Jaffrey has earlier helmed Akshaye Khanna starrer 'Gali Gali Chor Hai' and other films like 'Life Partner' and 'God Tussi Great Ho'.

'Chehre' is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited.

Anand has previously bankrolled ventures like 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2', 'Sarkar 3', 'Satyamev Jayate', 'Bazaar' and 'Total Dhamaal'.

'Chehre' shoot begins

The film, which is also the first one where Amitabh and Hashmi are working together, is slated to hit the theatres on February 21, 2020.

Besides Big B and Emrran, 'Chehre' It also features Kriti Kharbanda, Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhanth Kapoor, Dritman Chakroborthy, Raahgir Yadav and Annu Kapoor.
