Mumbai: Actor Kriti Kharbanda said that Akshay Kumar asked her whether she is trying to compete with him.
Pulkit Samrat and Kriti were snapped attending a store launch event in Mumbai. During the event, Kriti recalled the days of Housefull 4 promotions and highlighted out an interesting point!
Akshay created a funny moment in the promotional event of Housefull 4. Seeing Kriti busy promoting her upcoming flick Pagalpanti's trailer on social media, Akshay questioned whether she is gearing up to compete with him.
She said, "Housefull 4 was going to get released on October 25 and Pagalpanti's trailer got released on October 22. While promoting Housefull 4, I was busy on my phone, so Akshay asked, 'What are you doing?'"
"I said Pagalpanti's trailer has got released, I am sharing it on Twitter. Reacting to this statement, Akshay said in a funny way, 'Oo... You are competing with me sitting in my film's promotional event," she added.
The upcoming action comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Abhishek Pathak, Krishan Kumar and Kumar Mangat Patha.
Besides Kirti and Pulkit, the film stars Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Ileana D'Cruz, Arshad Warsi, Urvashi Rautela and Saurabh Shukla.
Pagalpanti is all set to hit the screens on November 22.
