As the nation celebrates the much revered Holi on Tuesday, Bollywood celebrities hopped on to social media and shared the spirit of Holi with their fans and followers.

Mumbai: As today marks the auspicious festival of colours, several popular faces from the industry took to social media to extend greetings on Holi 2020.

Posting a string of pictures from 'Holika Dahan', Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan wrote on Instagram: "Happy Holi to All. Love n Light."

Sharing one of his childhood photos, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor tweeted: "A young Brat wishes a safe and a happy Holi to all. Be careful of the Carona Virus."

Sending out a message on saving water on Holi, actor Bhumi Pednekar wrote on Instagram: "Holi Hai #NoColour #DryHoli #SaveWater #Holi #BeSafe #goodmorning."

Bollywood veteran Anupam Kher posted a special video on the occasion of Holi and wrote: "Happy Holi to all. May God fill your life with colours of happiness and peace."

Bollywood sensation Sunny Leone shared a couple of pictures of herself on Holi. Alongside the picture, she wrote on Twitter: "The Chaos of colours. #SunnyLeone #Holi."

Making a collage of all the natural elements, actor Dia Mirza wrote: "Happy Holi India #HoliHain #Holi2020 #Colours #ColoursOfNature #incredibleindia."

Sending best wishes to fans, Deepika Padukone tweeted: "Here’s wishing you all a colourful & safe Holi!"

Besides, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, actor turned politician Sunny Deol, the Ishaqzaade star Parineeti Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Mallika Sherawat, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan among other also hopped on to social media and extended warm wishes to fans.
