Porto Empedocle: More than 200 migrants reached dry land Sunday after being rescued off the coast of Sicily.
The migrants including 62 children were travelling in three boats across the Mediterranean.
They were rescued in three separate missions by the German charity Sea-Watch between Wednesday and Friday.
One of the charity's rescue vessels, "Sea-Watch 3", brought them into the port of Porto Empedocle, where they were undergoing medical checks before being taken into quarantine.
