Moscow: Russian cosmonaut Ivan Vagner has shared a 60-second clip of the aurora over Antarctica where at least five mysterious objects emerging from the dark and slowly moving in space before completely disappearing.
"The peak of aurora borealis when passing over the Antarctic in Australia’s longitude, meaning in between them. However, in the video, you will see something else, not only the aurora," Vagner, currently working onboard the International Space Station, tweeted on Wednesday.

"The information was brought to the notice of Roscosmos management, the materials were sent to TsNIIMash and the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences for further analysis," the cosmonaut added.
Reportedly, Vagner joined the ISS crew on 9 April.
