Tehran: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday said that Iran is definitely not withdrawing from the nuclear deal, but it will do certain things within the terms and conditions of the deal. Which means Iran is going to partially withdraw from the deal.
Announcing the country's decision about the nuclear deal during his regular cabinet meeting, Rouhani said, "The main action that Islamic Republic of Iran takes today is stopping two actions. We will stop selling two items as of today. We will neither sell our enriched uranium nor our heavy water from today on."
Speaking live on the anniversary of President Donald Trump pulling America out of the accord, the President said, "If the deadline passes without better terms, Iran will begin higher enrichment of uranium."
"If the five countries -- Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China return to the negotiating table and a yield a conclusion that servers our main benefits specifically oil sales and banking relations, we will go back to the beginning point," he added.
"If other parties fail to reach an agreement with the time frame, then we will keep the uranium enrichment levels at 3.67," Rouhani informed.

"Our nation should know that we have not withdrawn from the nuclear deal. They should not think that the nuclear deal does not exist anymore. The nuclear deal is still in place but today we will flip and show the other side of the coin," he said, adding that,"The nuclear deal has told us in its articles 26 and 36 that if the other party violates it, we can also reduce our commitments at any level. Today we announced a reduction not withdrawal."
