Lahore: In a blast at Lahore on Wednesday morning, at least 5 persons including 3 police personnel and two civilians were killed. Twenty four people have been injured, 8 of them are critical and are being treated in a hospital.
The blast took place near Gate no. 2 of Data Darbar and targetting a police vehicle.
The cause of the blast has yet to be ascertained.
A lot of pilgrims were inside and outside the shrine when the blast took place, police said.
Police said the death toll could rise due to some of the victims were in critical condition.
