Mysore youth shot dead in US

Abhishek was studying M.S. at the University of California at San Bernardino in America. He was shot dead by a stranger in a hotel he was working part-time, on Thursday.

Mysuru (Karnataka): A 25-year-old student from Mysuru was shot dead by a stranger in a California hotel, where he was working part-time, on Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Abhishek Sudhesh Bhat.

He was studying Master's in Computer Science at the University of California at San Bernardino in America.

Abhishek's family in Kuvempunagar got a call at around 11.30 pm yesterday, informing them about the incident.

According to Abhishek's Facebook profile, he was a Teaching Assistant of Dr Ernesto Gomez for Computer Science at the varsity.
