In a recent interview, Vijay was asked about the dating rumours, and the actor just couldn't stop blushing at the mention of Tamannaah's name.

The gifted actor, while promoting Dahaad, was asked about his co-star Gulshan Devaiah teasing him with Tamannaah Bhatia during the Dahaad teaser event, to which he couldn't stop blushing. The actor explained that this is precisely why he is not sitting with Gulshan in this interview, as his co-star may provide new elements for 'explosive' promotions. "People are blaming you," Varma teased Devaiah, who was seated two seats behind him.

When the interviewer complimented Vijay on handling the teasing well, the actor answered, "Thank You! I'm delighted you enjoy the way I handle it." Meanwhile, Gulshan Devaiah, noticing his co-star blushing at the mention of his rumoured lover, began teasing him once more. "He doesn't have make-up on his face. That's not real blush," Devaiah said, while Vijay Varma laughed.
