Hyderabad: Congress president Rahul Gandhi will hold rallies in Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli and Amethi on Saturday. While Rahul is contesting from Amethi, his mother and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi is contesting from Raebareli.
Earlier, Rahul addressed rallies in Bihar, Odisha and Maharashtra on Friday.
While on his way to Bihar, Rahul had tweeted about a technical snag in his aircraft that forced him to return to Delhi. The glitch caused a delay of three hours for which the party president apologised through a tweet.
Despite the delay, the Congress president managed to address all the rallies that were scheduled for the day.
Both Amethi and Raebareli will go for polls in the fifth phase of the 2019 General elections on May 6.
