Thrissur(Kerala): The teen who took the social media by storm after a video of her riding horse in school uniform went viral revealed that the video was made on the last day of her Class 10 board examination on April on April 6.
Krishna, a resident of Thrissur district took to horse riding as a hobby and today she claims to have mastered the art after years of practice. She informed that riding horse to school was not an unusual work that she did on her last of examination as she had been doing so frequently in the past as well.
Speaking to media, Krishna said, "I do not go to school daily on horses but on special days or when I found things monotonous besides on select examination days. If you ask me what was special on that day, it was the last day of my 10th standard board exams."
Krishna also revealed that she started horse riding when she was in Class 7.
"One of my friends said that riding horse isn't that easy and it's not possible for a girl to do that. He said it's possible for women like "Jhansi Ki Rani". So I thought why not a normal girl can ride a horse," she says.
The horse she rode to the school was gifted by her father to Krishna.
Krishna has earned a lot of praises on social media with business tycoon Anand Mahindra her latest fan.
"Does anyone in Thrissur know this girl? I want a picture of her and her horse as my screen saver. She's my hero. The sight of her charging to school has filled me with optimism for the future." Mahindra tweeted earlier this week.
