Mumbai: Actress Gehana Vasistha's pre-arrest bail application in a pornography case has been rejected by the Mumbai High Court. Justice Sandeep Shinde rejected Gehana's bail application. Mumbai Police has filed an application in the Sessions Court seeking Section 370 (human trafficking) of IPC against Gehna.
Moreover, the FIR has been transferred to the Mumbai Crime Branch. Gehana was taken into custody by the property cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch in February in connection with a pornographic racket case. The fresh case has been applied after a 24-year-old model alleged that she was forced to engage in sexual acts with three men during a video shoot. Gehana's lawyers have denied the allegations saying that the actress has only shot erotic videos, the report added.
