New Delhi: Amid the speculations of Cabinet reshuffle in Union Government, Congress party, on Tuesday, took a dig at the ruling BJP saying that the sole criterion of getting a Ministerial berth is the number of tweets one can do against MP Rahul Gandhi. Launching an attack over the Union Government, Khera said, "How much have they attacked Rahul Gandhi? The more the tweets against Rahul Gandhi, the better it is for that minister, because the minister in the Modi Cabinet is not there to deliver, not there to do anything in terms of governance, their portfolios, the only unspoken rule for the cabinet of Mr Modi is, go attack Mr Rahul Gandhi. You will see, what will happen now?"
When asked about the matter of Cabinet reshuffle, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera said, "Have they changed the Governor, who was found indulging into all kinds of constitutional impropriety in West Bengal? Have they changed the Governor, who was found selling his autobiography, compulsorily selling his autobiography to Vice-Chancellors in Rajasthan, financial impropriety, have they changed him? Have they changed any of those Governors, against whom, for example, the administrator of Lakshadweep?"

He further added, "So, this is the strange Government, if a Governor is found indulging into impropriety that Governor is most likely to be rewarded. So, what do we talk about by reshuffle of Governors, likewise, I think, the only criteria before a Cabinet reshuffle, which Mr Modi does is to see their Twitter timeline."
Khera was addressing a press conference in continuation of the allegations made by the Congress party against two leaders of Rajasthan, one is of RSS' Nimba Ram and another of BJP's Raja Ram. Last month, Congress had released audio and video clips of both the leaders negotiating a commission with a company, BVG India Limited, which was been given a waste management contract.

Since then, the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Rajasthan sent those audio and video files to the FSL, the laboratory in Hyderabad, and on the basis of its report, now, the ACB has formally lodged an FIR under section 7(A) of the prevention of corruption act, under section 120 (B) of the IPC against Nimba Ram and Raja Ram.
"We demand from Mr Mohan Bhagwat to inhale, stop talking about the country’s civilization, talk about the culture of your organization called the RSS, which does not have the courage to register itself, so, that deniably becomes easy," Khera said. He added, "We also want to know from the Prime Minister of India, whether this company BVG does some work for the PMO and other offices of this government. Whether the same kind of arm twisting is done with this and other such companies to enrich the coffers of the BJP. Is it true that all your offices of the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh being built across the country in almost every district are being done, because of the money collected in this manner, in this corrupt manner?"
