Magician travelling blindfolded from Kanyakumari to Kashmir by bike

Hyderabad based magician Ramakrishna is travelling all the way from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, riding a bike totally blindfolded. He has now reached Ajmer in Rajasthan. His goal is to reach Kashmir in 31 days.

Ajmer (Rajasthan): Can a person ride a bike blindfolded? Well, a Hyderabad based magician has achieved this feat. Magician Ramakrishna is travelling all the way from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, riding a bike totally blindfolded. He has now reached Ajmer in Rajasthan. His goal is to reach Kashmir in 31 days. Apart from fulfilling his dream, the magician through this act wants to create awareness among the public regarding corona and the importance of following traffic rules.

Ramakrishna from Hyderabad, who began his journey from Kanyakumari with the goal of crossing 19 states and 121 cities to Kashmir, arrived in Ajmer on Tuesday. The magician intends to cover the 10,000 km distance on bike, that too blindfolded within 31 days. He has covered his complete face with a black cloth.

It is only when he stops to take rest that the dark cloth is removed. On his arrival in Ajmer, local magician Rajendra Sharma and others welcomed him outside the district headquarters and SP Kishan Singh Bhati opened his blindfold. After a night's rest, magician Ramakrishna will resume his journey to Jaipur on Wednesday.

Speaking to ETV Bharat, the Hyderabad magician Ramakrishna told that he is appealing to the public to follow Covid appropriate behaviour and also to ensure that traffic rules are followed, which include wearing helmets and tying seat belts. He has also asked people to stop using polythene.

In the conversation, he told that he started the journey from Kanyakumari and that it has been a long-cherished dream. He added that he didn't experience any difficulties during the journey.

He said that he started the journey from Charminar in Hyderabad, where the Deputy CM gave him the green signal, after which he reached Kanyakumari and left for Kashmir with a target of 31 days.

After reaching the district headquarters in Ajmer, the magician also showcased his magic skills. The total expenditure of Bharat Sandesh Yatra is being borne by the magician.
