New Delhi: More trouble mounted for Congress after supporters of party's former MP Mahabal Mishra staged a protest outside party headquarters on Sunday. Earlier, this morning a similar protest was held outside Congress president Rahul Gandhi's residence over alleged denial of ticket to Raj Kumar Chauhan.
While speaking exclusively to ETV Bharat, one of the Mahabal Mishra's supporter said, "Forty-three per cent of the population in Delhi is from Poorvanchal and Mahabal Mishra represents them. The man who gave his life to the party is being ignored now. Despite losing elections last time, Mahabal kept on fighting for people."

Another Mahabal Mishra supporter Trilokma Choudhry said, 'we are associated with Mahabal Mishra for past 20 years. We request party to ponder over its decision and return his ticket to him. If they don't do it then it will difficult for party to win.'
Conclusion:Sources close to the party have told ETV Bharat that Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar might be given from West Delhi in place of former MP the same Mahabal Mishra. Congress is likely to release its candidates list for seven parliamentary constituencies in Delhi today.
