Hospital authorities neglects tumor patient

A cancer patient has been neglected at the Mekanhara hospital in Raipur. She has been admitted in the Cancer Ward for eight days but the treatment has not yet been started.

Raipur: Madhu Sahu, a resident of Rajnandgaon came for treatment for her tumour at the Mekanhara hospital on 24th April, but the treatment has not started yet. She has been admitted in the Cancer Ward for eight days.

Even though the tumour of the patient keeps on bleeding, the dressing is done just once.

The hospital has also lost the report of the woman.

"I have three daughters who are staying with my mother right now. They are waiting for me," Madhu said.

"No doctor comes to examine patients," she added.

Ashwan Sahu, Madhu's husband said that his wife's health is serious but till now her treatment has not started.
