New Delhi: Reacting to Union Minister Giriraj Singh's 'Project Jinnah' allegation against AICC president Rahul Gandhi, Congress party hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi stating that he is the one having "special attachment" with Pakistan.
Giving a reply to the allegation of Giriraj Singh, Congress' Rajya Sabha MP, Kapil Sibal said that PM Modi was the one who used to go to Pakistan and he has a special attachment for Pakistan.
"Our former PM Manmohan Singh never visited Pakistan during his tenure because we know the reality of that country. PM Modi went to Pakistan, had biryani and even Pakistan's Prime Minister openly supported him but people are claiming that we are the ones who are spreading the agenda of Pakistan."
Union Minister Giriraj Singh targeted the Congress party through a tweet saying, "Navyjot Singh Sidhu's remark and Kerala nomination reflects that Rahul Gandhi is working on Pakistan Agenda in India. This new Jinnah Project will not work in Hindustan. The people will unite and fail Pakistan's Agenda."
