More than 35 baby cobra snakes rescued in Bengaluru

Snake rescuers of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) rescued 35 baby cobra snakes from different locations in Bengaluru. The baby snakes were found in shoes, bed and in house compounds.

Bengaluru: More than 35 baby cobra snakes were rescued by Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) snake rescuers Rajesh and Vivek Prasad from different locations here on Sunday.

The baby snakes were found in shoes, bed and in house compounds. Many baby snakes were found in Vidhyaranyapura, Sahakar Nagar and Amrita Hally.

"The corporation is attending more than 150 calls every day and about 80% of the calls are related to snake issues," sources said.
