Dhanbad: An alcoholic after failing to control his desire to have liquor, left his brother's last rites incompleted in Bihar's Dhanbad district. He has reportedly consumed liquor with the money he collected from the villagers to conduct his elder brother's funeral.
The incident occurred in Bhuli C block of Dhanbad wherein, brother of a 60-year-old man who died due to old-age, thrown his corpse into the shrubs and consumed liquor with the money donated by the village residents.
Dharamraj's brother Omprakash Pandey died in a hospital on Tuesday. Seeing the family's poor condition, the village residents collectively donated Rs 3,000 to Dharamraj asking him to carry out the funeral.
However, Dharamraj after buying some stuff required for the funeral left his brother's corpse and had liquor with his friends.
