Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Tuesday left for Karegudda village in Manvi district under 'Gram Vastavya 2.0' program.
Kumaraswamy was accompanied by State Tourism Minister Sa Ra Mahesh. Both the ministers boarded the train to Kareguddu village.
Speaking to media, the CM said that he will try to do two to four 'Grama Vastavya' tours every month.
On June 22, Kumaraswamy had revived his 2006 rural outreach program, under which he will stay in a hamlet overnight and interact with the people on the issues they face regularly.
