New Delhi: During her roadshow in the Capital city on Wednesday, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra challenged Prime Minister Modi to fight the last two phases of elections on issues like demometisation, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the 'failed' promises he made to the youth of the country.
Challenging PM Modi she said, "Delhi people are bored of your speeches Modi Ji. I, a Delhi girl, challenge you to fight the last two phases of the election on the basis of demonetisation, GST, women security and the 'failed' promises done to the youth."
She slammed PM saying that he should stop blaming the Nehru-Gandhi family to hide his incapability.
Taking a jibe on the Prime Minister, the Congress leader said, "BJP is like a child who doesn't do his homework and when teacher ask him the reason, he would say that what can he do, Nehru Ji took away his answer sheet and hid it or what can he do, Indira Ji made boat out of his homework sheet."
Priyanka's challenge was in response to the challenge given by Modi to Congress party on Tuesday that the party should fight the last two phase on Rajiv Gandhi's legacy.
Priyanka Gandhi was with the party candidate and former Chief Minister Sheila Dixit. Dixit appealed voters to back the Congress Party.
Delhi will vote on May 12th.
