New Delhi: After an advisory was issued to the West Bengal government on behalf of the Home Ministry regarding the political violence incidents taking place in the state, a continuous round of allegations has started through letters between BJP and TMC.
In response to the advisory, Trinamool Congress has written a letter to Amit Shah alleging the Home Ministry of issuing the advisory without ascertaining the ground reality.
BJP leader Mukul Roy also sent a letter to the Home Minister Amit Shah which describing the letters from TMC as a cloak of lies.
In his letters to Shah, Mukul Roy accused TMC workers of political violence in Bengal and mentioned that they are doing this under the instructions of the party supremo Mamta Banerjee. The letter also described the situation of the state terrible.
Stating that the advisory issued to the West Bengal government is right, Union Minister said that till now hundreds of BJP workers have suffered serious injuries and many have also been killed for which Trinamool and Mamta are responsible.
