Burhanpur: At least 12 people were killed as a container rammed into a van on National Highway 6, around 50 km away from Burhanpur on Tuesday.
Out of the deceased, six have been identified as residents of Nagziri village in Burhanpur district.
According to reports, the container was travelling at a high speed, which resulted in it going out of control. After the collission, it dragged the van for around 50 meters. The front portion of the container was fully clamped on the van, which caused the high number of casualties.
