Kolar: A fire broke out at a BJP leader's residence at Bazar Road in Bangarpet city of Karnataka's Kolar on Sunday morning. The BJP leader, identified as 58-year-old TS Nagaprakash, died of suffocation during the mishap.
The fire occurred early on Sunday morning due to a short circuit.
The other members of the family luckily survived and have been admitted to a hospital.

BJP leader dead in kolar
Fire due to electric short circuit. BJP representative dead due to heart attack caused by safocation. the other 4 members of the family are out of danger and are under treatment.
The incident has taken place around 5'o clock morning.

The incident has taken place in leaders house at Bazar road of Bangarpet city, Kolar district.
All the materials, things in home are completely burnt. the pfire extinguisher police visited place.

ವಿದ್ಯತ್ ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ಸರ್ಕ್ಯೂಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡ ಉಸಿರುಗಟ್ಟಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ರೆ, ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಉಳಿದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜನ ಪ್ರಾಣಾಪಯದಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಪಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಟಿ.ಎಸ್. ನಾಗಪ್ರಕಾಶ್(೫೮) ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋಲಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬಂಗಾರಪೇಟೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬಜಾರ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಶೋಭ, ಸ್ವರೂಪ್, ಹಾಗೂ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಎಂಬುವರು ಪ್ರಾಣಾಪಾಯದಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂದು ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ೫ ಗಂಟೆ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಉಸಿರುಗಟ್ಟಿ ಹೃದಯಾಘಾತವಾಗಿರಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಗೃಹಪಯೋಗಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬೆಂಕಿಗಾಹುತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ದಳ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಬೇಟಿ, ಬೆಂಕಿ ನಂದಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಂಗಾರಪೇಟೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲು.
