New Delhi: Some civil society organisations in collaboration with some Opposition parties organised a grand scale program called 'Jan Sarokar' at the Talkatora Stadium in Delhi, where women workers from Muzaffarpur in Bihar were also called.

The women claimed that they did not receive their wages for many months under MGNREGA scheme, so a person named Sanjay informed them to come to Delhi to seek a solution for their problems.

They said that during their train journey to Delhi, they could not even get a seat to sit in the general coach, and when they reached the venue, they were heavily disappointed.

Women who had come to participate in the 'Jan Sarkar' program from Narela of outer Delhi complained that they were made to sit in the stadium from 8 am in the morning and were served spoilt food.
