Meerut (Uttar Pradesh): At least eight patients died at a private hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut on Sunday after the oxygen supply at the facility allegedly dropped.
However, the Chief Medical Officer of Meerut Dr Akhilesh Mohan told ETV Bharat that the Covid patients died due to co-morbidities and dismissed the allegations by the dead patients' relatives.
Meanwhile, angry family members of the deceased COVID-19 patients created a ruckus at the hospital. They alleged that the patients died due to a disruption in the oxygen supply.
