New Delhi: Senior Janata Dal (United) leader Madhav Anand said that the party has been growing continuously as many elected representatives are switching sides to join the JD(U).
Speaking to ETV Bharat, Anand said that along with the public, the elected representatives are also having faith in Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's policies.
"The only LJP MLA in Bihar, Rajkumar Singh has also joined the JD(U) and I welcome him to the party. Our party will grow further as many more MLAs of Opposition parties will be joining the JD(U) in the coming days," he added.
Notably, the JD(U) was the third-largest party bagging 43 seats in the last Assembly elections in 2020. Since then the party has been trying to strengthen its base in the state Assembly.
