Bengaluru (Karnataka): Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials on Thursday carried out raids at the offices and residences of Congress leaders Zameer Ahmed Khan and Roshan Baig in Bengaluru. At 5 am, an ED team in Bengaluru and Delhi simultaneously raided the offices and residence of the Chamrajpet MLA Zameer Ahmed Khan. They also raided the MLA's UB City residence and other separate residences in the city, including the National Travels Office located in Kalasipalya.
The MLA is currently dwelling in a newly constructed multistorey deluxe bungalow close to the Cantonment Railway Station. The raids are being carried out simultaneously at different places as the legislator has several properties across the city. So far, no confirmation about the developments have been received from IT Officials.

On the other hand, Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials also raided Congress leader and former minister Roshan Baig's residence in Bengaluru in connection with the IMA scam. As per reports, the ED has conducted raids at six locations including Baig's residence at Coles Park. Recently, following High Court orders, assets worth 16.81 crore belonging to Roshan Baig were seized and a report was sent to the ED authorities. It is in this regard that the ED launched a raid on the Congress leaders residence.
