Srinagar: Babar Ali Patra, the 19-year-old Pakistani who was caught by the Indian Army, while trying to infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir Monday, has confessed that he is a resident Pakistan's Punjab province and he was trained by the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist outfit.
"I am a resident of Okara Punjab, Pakistan," Babar Ali said while talking to media persons. , "My father has passed away. I have mother in my house and an elder sister. My elder sister is married."
Talking to off-camera media representatives, he said, that he was working in a garment factory where he met a boy named Anis who had links with the ISI.

"He told me that he will give me money. I was poor, so I went with him and joined the Lashkar. We were told there that we would be given training. During the training, they gave us Rs 20,000. They said that when our training will be completed, we will be given Rs 30,000 more."
Babar Ali said that the Indian army killed one of his accompanying terrorist at the time of infiltration and four others who were with them fled.
"I sat there in fear and the Indian Army arrested me. We had to infiltrate and go straight to Patan," he added.
