New Delhi: A total of 32 tableaux will move down Rajpath this year as part of the annual Republic Day parade on January 26.
While 17 of the 32 tableaux will be from states, the remaining 15 will be from ministries and government departments.
Along with the tableaux, around 300 artists will showcase their talent in the event, while newly-formed Union Territory Ladakh will showcase its own tableau for the first time ever.
Further, there will also be one tableau related to COVID-19.

- GUJARAT - Modhera Sun Temple
- ANDHRA PRADESH - Lepakshi Art
- ASSAM - Tea
- TAMIL NADU - Pallava Dynasty
- MAHARASHTRA - Bhakti Movement
- UTTARAKHAND - Kedarnath
- CHHATTISGARH - Folk Music
- PUNJAB - Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru
- TRIPURA - Atmanirbhar Bharat
- WEST BENGAL - Sabooj Sathi (state government scheme)
- UTTAR PRADESH - Ayodhya
- DELHI - Shahjahanabad, Chandni Chowk
- KARNATAKA - Vijayanagar Legacy
- KERALA - Coconuts
Ahead of Republic Day, a full dress rehearsal will take place on Rajpath on January 23, with artists giving final touches to the tableaux today.
The Centre has decided to curtail this year's Republic Day celebration with smaller marching contingents and fewer spectators due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
