Jodhpur: Four people, including three children, were killed after a car they were traveling in collided with a trailer truck on Jodhpur Barmer national highway on late Wednesday night. Two children aged 4 and 5 years died on the spot and their father and a 10-year-old child died in a hospital.
Reports suggest that the mishap was so severe that two children died on the spot while the father-son duo died after being taken to the hospital for treatment. Police swung into action as soon as they received the information about the accident.

Boranada Supreindentent Kishanlal Vishroyi, Assistant Superintendent of Police Mangilal Rathod reached the spot and cleared the accident spot.
Rathore told ETV Bharat, "Two children died after a car collided with a trailer truck in Narnadi- Bhandu area at 11.30 pm on Wednesday night. We have sent the bodies for post-mortem and will launch an investigation into the matter."
