New Delhi: While exports remained flat, imports increased up to 37 percent in August, said government data on Saturday. "Exports in August remain flat at USD 33 billion" Commerce Secretary B V R Subrahmanyam said. Meanwhile, government data, according to news agency PTI, reflected that imports were up by 37 percent. The data further displayed India's trade deficit widening to USD 28.68 billion.
