Congress headquarters in New Delhi seems deserted as chairs placed for leaders were seen empty on Tuesday. This scenario at the party office in New Delhi may be showing the downfall of Congress in Bihar election.

New Delhi: With polling trends of Tuesday showing 'Mahagathbandhan' underperforming in Bihar assembly elections, Congress headquarters in New Delhi wore a deserted look while the BJP headquarters is all set to celebrate their victory.

The charm on the face of Congress leaders which was seen during the early trends in the morning is now no more and by evening, all Congress leaders and supporters left the party headquarters and the party headquarters looked deserted.

However, in the afternoon, Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee chief Kumari Selja spoke to media after winning Baroda assembly seat in Haryana and said 'people of Haryana have got tired of lies and false promises of BJP'.

She added that with their (Centre's) decision, the people of Baroda have given a befitting reply to anti-farmer and anti-labour forces.

Now, the current trend shows that the NDA alliance in Bihar will again form the government in the state.

Meanwhile, the movement inside the BJP headquarters has now increased and the senior leaders have started arriving.

As per the sources, BJP national president JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are also likely to reach the party office and the supporters are preparing for their grand welcome.
