Hyderabad: India reported 38,667 fresh COVID19 cases in the last 24 hours, a bulletin from the Union Health Ministry stated at 8 am on Saturday. In the same duration, the country saw 35,743 recoveries and 478 deaths.
India's current tally of cases stands at 3,21,56,493 and total recoveries at 3,13,38,088. As many as 4,30,732 people have lost their lives. The country currently has 3,87,673 active cases. The health ministry said 49,17,00,577 samples have been tested so far of which 22,29,798 were tested on Friday. As many as 53,61,89,903 doses of vaccination have been administered of which 63,80,937 doses were given on Friday.
