New Delhi: Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions issued an order on Friday transferring the West Bengal Chief Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay. The order said the officer has to report to the Department of Personnel Training by Monday morning.
"Accordingly, the State Govt is requested to relieve him with immediate effect and direct him to report to the Dept of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Delhi by 31st May," said the order.
