Palampur: The case in the High Court regarding the Vivekananda Trust was filed by people of my own party but at the behest of the leaders - this was stated by former Chief Minister and President of Vivekananda Trust Shanta Kumar while addressing the press conference in Palampur, today.
He said that the court in its decision has not only severely punished the petitioner, but has also taken a historic decision favoring him and the trust. He said that the court has also clarified that the petitioner was doing so at the behest of someone else.
Shanta Kumar said that the people in the Congress did not oppose me, some people of my own party wanted to degrade me or avenge the party for some unknown reasons. He also said that people of my party made me stand in court challenging me for my work in the Vivekananda Trust. The name of the person mentioned on the petition sponsored by some other people while the price was paid by someone else.

Shanta Kumar added that during this period of 8 years, he not only got into trouble but also the precious wealth of the trust has been wasted. At the same time, he also had to bear with mental anguish. He said that it was as if he burnt his fingers while performing havan.
Shanta said that now BJP too is infested with political pollution. At the same time, he said that some of his friends are suggesting that he claim defamation on this, but he is not going to do so.
It should be noted that the case was going on in the High Court on Vivekananda Trust and on Shanta Kumar. The decision of which has already been pronounced a few days ago. In this decision, the petitioner's petition was dismissed completely and orders have been issued to compensate for the cost.
