Indore: MLA from Patharia Rambai Singh is busy organizing Chakeri Mela of her Vidhan Sabha constituency these days. Video of Rambai Singh where she is seen jumping on a trampoline in the fair has gone viral on social media.
Videos have surfaced where the MLA can be seen enjoying on swings. Not only this, but MLA has also visited several shops during her visit to the fair.
Rambai Singh, accompanied by her friends, can be seen enjoying the fair which is arranged at the confluence of the Goldsmith and Bebas river. People come in huge numbers to witness the Chakeri Mela.
Chakeri Mela is organised under the Patharia Assembly on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sakranti in which thousands of people come every year.
However, this time MLA Rambai herself has launched this fair with great pomp and grandeur and this becomes the sole reason as to why the fair appears grand this time. Rambai Singh also invited the Chief Minister Kamal Nath to the fair but he is on his foreign trip due to which his visit got cancelled.
Thousands of people enjoy the fair on the occasion of Sankranti in the Chakeri fair under the Patharia Assembly. This time Rambai Singh, known as the Dabang MLA of the state, has launched this fair with grandeur.
The presence of the local MLA in such fairs, displaying the Bundeli tradition, can definitely be said to be a new experience for the people of the assembly.
During this fair, Rambai Singh also performed pooja by reaching Lord Shiva's temple on the banks of the river and wished that CM Kamal Nath be the Chief Ministere till the end. She has also expressed her desire to be an incumbent MLA under Nath's regime.
