Hyderabad: The University Grants Commission has released a Public Notice on the extension for the online applications for the Scholarships yesterday on its official website.
The UGC has released a notification on Thursday regarding the extension of timelines and inviting fresh applications (Including renewals) for the online application for the scholarships under their four schemes.
- Indira Gandhi PG Scholarship for Single Girl Child (SGC)
- PG Scholarship for University Rank Holder Candidate (URH)
- Ishan Uday Special Scheme for North Eastern Region (NER)
- PG Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC / ST candidates (PGSPROF)
The students who are regular and full time and from the recognized institutions as per the guidelines are eligible for the four scholarship schemes for the academic year 2020 – 21.
The students can apply and submit the application on the National Scholarship Portal website - https://scholarships.gov.in
The last date for submitting the online application is on November 30th, 2020 and the closing date for the verification of the application is on December 15th, 2020.
