Bantwala (Dakshina Kannada): Amid the confusion and uncertainties triggered by the coronavirus crisis, seven members of a family have come forward to donate blood to help the needy tide over this difficult period.
The youngsters identified as Shihab, Nizam, Sajid, Azharuddin, Rashid, Ramlan and Navaz donated blood at a private hospital in Mangalore through 'Blood Health Care Karnataka'.

"Blood Help Care Karnataka provided timely assistance to one of our family members in need of blood. This also inspired us to donate blood. We have already donated blood together at a private hospital through Blood Help Care Karnataka," Shihab said.
"It is our duty to help others.It gives us a sense of satisfaction and peace," he said.
