New Delhi: The Supreme Court today asked the petitioner challenging PM Cares fund, to either withdraw his petition or bear the cost which the court would impose on not withdrawing.

The petitioner, Advocate Shaswant Anand, made submissions on the constitutionality of the PM Cares.

Anand claimed that the bench erroneously maintained that PM Cares is somehow fiscal or policy matter and even after arguing on the constitutional validity the bench maintained that the petition should be withdrawn and if he continues arguing exemplary costs would be imposed on him.
