INC leader Dr. L. Hanumanthaiah in Rajya Sabha listed out the important features of the National Commission for Homoeopathy Bill, 2019.
The National Commission for Homoeopathy Bill, 2019 states to provide for a medical education system that improves access to quality and affordable medical education, ensures availability of adequate and high quality Homoeopathy medical professionals in all parts of the country.
It also states to promote equitable and universal healthcare that encourages community health perspective and makes services of Homoeopathy medical professionals accessible to all the citizens.

To stop this act, a memorandum of understanding was signed and it was decided that such lands should be used for the construction of medical colleges and hospitals."
