New Delhi: Delhi Police Crime Branch on Saturday questioned Rohit Shekhar Tiwari's wife, Apurva and their domestic helps over the case of his unnatural death.
The crime branch officials questioned Apoorva for over eight hours, sources informed.
Rohit Shekhar Tiwari's wife Apurva Shukla and father-in-law Padmakar Shukla on Saturday reached defence Colony, a posh colony in South Delhi.
On being asked about the speculations on Rohit and Apurva's not sharing a cordial relationship, Padmakar Shukla, Rohit's father-in-law said that the couple had no complications in their relationship.
Shukla also claimed that Apurva never even scolded the domestic helps in the house leave alone Rohit, her husband. He also said that his daughter is being framed in this case.
According to sources, the couple's domestic help revealed that the two did not share a good relationship.
Police have detained Rohit's domestic help and the driver.
The Delhi Crime Branch is currently investigating the matter.
The Delhi Police on Thursday registered a case after an autopsy report of Rohit Shekhar Tiwari suggested that he died an "unnatural death".
Earlier last year, it took six years for Rohit to prove that he was the former Uttarakhand chief minister ND Tiwari's son.
