Jaipur: Kathumar MLA Babulal Bairwa on Friday was admitted to Sawai Man Singh Hospital in Jaipur after he complained of breathing problem. He is one of the Congress MLAs who is staying at the Fairmont Hotel. The Rajasthan High Court is likely to pass appropriate orders on the writ petition filed by Sachin Pilot and 18 dissident legislators against the disqualification notices issued to them, today.
Yesterday, Supreme Court declined to stop the Rajasthan High Court from delivering a verdict on the dissident Congress legislator's plea challenging the Speaker's disqualification notices.
The Pilot camp had earlier requested the Legislative Assembly Speaker to defer action on the notices till today. Assembly Speaker C P Joshi agreed to the request and deferred his decision on disqualification notices till today evening.
A few days back, Congress MLAs from the Gehlot camp, who are in a tussle with the former deputy CM Sachin Pilot were seen relaxing and singing the famous song ''Hum Honge Kamyab Ek Din’. In a video that went viral, 10-12 MLAs along with Gehlot are seen relaxing on couches and singing the song.

The Congress MLAs, who had attended the Congress Legislature Party meetings last week, and advocated for Gehlot to continue as chief minister, was on July 13 whisked away to the hotel. Since then the Congress legislatures have been staying put in the hotel and have not moved out of the premises.
Several pictures and videos had surfaced on the internet in which the Congress MLAs of Ashok Gehlot camp were seen performing yoga, getting cooking classes, playing 'antakshari' and watching Mughal-e-Azam.
The Congress has accused the BJP of indulging in horse-trading to bring down the Gehlot government. The BJP has rejected the allegations.
The Congress government in Rajasthan continues to be in turmoil after the simmering differences between Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot came out in the open.
Pilot was sacked from the posts of Rajasthan deputy chief minister and state unit president last week. The 42-year-old leader and 18 MLAs who are supporting him, were also issued disqualification notices by the speaker of the state assembly.
