New Delhi: Taking a jibe at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, BJP MLA from Baliya, Surendra Singh, said that the former is 'mentally unstable'.
The comment comes after, Rahul Gandhi recently said that they [Congress government] can make China retreat within 15 minutes.
Surendra Singh also added that like a disabled man who needs crutches all the time, this time there was none to teach Rahul what to say, so he feels that he will finish the world in 1 minute. Maybe Rahul dreamt about it, he said.

He also alleged that Rahul Gandhi is sitting in a hotel in Italy and contemplating about India.
"He worries about hotels and bottles. Just like how his grandfather gave the land to China, some others of his family have given something to China. I should thank Indira Gandhi ji for doing something for the nation," the MLA mocked.
